A near-Death Experience

Here are some photos I took in the area of Chenango Bridge, while biking to and from the Saturday afternoon tour to and nearly dying. Click to enlarge; you know the drill...

Dean Knapp is now the King of Chenango Bridge

The ExpressMart convenience store features this affectionate tribute to Vickie's father.

On the way back, I took a little detour to photograph this house, where, at the advanced (but not as advanced as I'd feared) age of 19, I lost my virginity. Needless to say, it was magical!

More Reunion Pictures: Saturday Night Dinner Party 7-29-2006

You can click on any one of these images for a full-sized version. I still have a few more pictures from reunion weekend to post, and after I'm done, I'm going to put all of these pictures in a single zipfile so that you can download them all at once. A To see all of the pictures that I took (excluding the ones that REALLY sucked), along with lots of other cool pics, got to the galleries at cf76.org.

The trivia contest was great fun.

Laura awarding a "good job" sticker to the winners.

Inside the tent.

If the reunion proved anything, it proved that we're not too old to use a digital camera.

Cynthia was a vision in white.

Lynn and Monica

Lauren and Rhonda

Musically, the seventies never ended.

Randy and Patty

Another cute Mary Ann picture. I have more.

The "significant others" appeared to be having a great time.

This "significant other", a Chenango Valley alumnus, told me that we that we have better reunions. His identifty has been concealed in case someone from CV visits this page.

Monica and me. I freaked when I saw this picture. It has everything to do with why I uploaded most of these photos from the seat of an exercise bike.

School Tour: Saturday afternoon, July 29

Once again, you can click on the pcitures for full sized images. A downloadable zipfile of all these pictures will be available soon.

I think this is one of the best photos I've ever taken; you have to take 150 bad pictures to take a picture this good!

Terry: (a little annoyed) Keith, are you taking pictures?

Keith: No. (click!)

Yay! Darlene showed up!

Mrs. Thompson

Can't you just taste that Barbecued Beef on Bun?

Hey, they let us into the senior courtyard, even though none of us are seniors! Cool!

The scene of my recurring "It's the end of the semester, and I forgot to study" nightmare.

Everybody's favorite window.

This is my website, so I get to post all the cute pictures of Mary Ann I want.

All the auditorium pictures came out lousy, but I love having them. This is the scene of my recurring "I'm onstage, I can't remember my lines, and Terry and Phil are in the audience." nightmare.

This is supposed to be a picture of the school flag, not of me acting goofy.

At the end of the tour we sat down in the auditorium, and had a nice, relaxed conversation about Craig Steger, Steven Holliday, Tim Vermaat, ADHD, Darlene passing out in biology class, Paul Meddleton, Jim Shear, Mike Gaeta's car, and Vicky's dad's "sans-a-belt" pants that he always bought at Sall Stearns. It was my favorite part of the whole weekend.
